Our multicultural Global Payroll Controllership team is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support Payroll Controllership processes and efficiency opportunities deployment. We are looking for a strong leader that will take ownership and drive change in a dynamic global business environment.

The Change Manager is a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with both stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth Global Payroll environment. Excellent communication skills with all Payroll Controllership stakeholders will be imperative. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional ability to influence, organizational expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills.

You must be able to:

· Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale programs and initiatives.
· Responsible for all aspects of a complex change and control efficiency program, leading cross functional project teams and partnering with stakeholders from various areas such as HR, Payroll Operations, Treasury, Accounting, PayrollTech, PeopleTech and Payroll organization.
· Responsible for the building-up and maintenance of program governance structures, driving effective decisions and report-outs to wider stakeholder groups
· Responsible for mechanizing and continually evaluating program initiatives for quality, business impact, sustainability, and scalability. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution

Below are the responsibilities of a Change Manager:

Change Management Framework (CM Framework)

· Develop and implement the CM Framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates, to deliver and measure a change.
· Lead the maintenance, reviews, and updates to the framework and toolkit based on lessons learned and evolving project needs.
· Continuous Improvement and control efficiency initiatives implementation at global scale.
· o Work with various teams within Payroll Controllership to ensure that metrics and processes are available to effectively assess the impact of a change.
· Integrate the various change initiatives to create an overarching change agenda by streamlining and synergizing efforts across initiatives.

Program Change Management

· Develop and manage a detailed change management plan in collaboration with the PMs- or act as PM- and key stakeholders.
· Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure that timely and appropriate level of information is provided to all stakeholders.
· Facilitate change impact analysis to identify what is changing for each of the stakeholder group and assist in resource planning, training, and processes redesign.
· Perform readiness assessment to measure awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement of key stakeholders.
· Internal Change Management and Organizational Design
· Support activities such as team wide communications, annual performance review preparations, organizational model changes.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

· Project Management experience managing large transition projects
· Payroll knowledge is preferred, but not required to be successful in the role
· Proven understanding and experience working and communicating with cross functional teams and across all business levels from Analyst to Director
· Strong analytical experience and an ability to understand many different global payroll processes
· Excellent communication skills experience working with customers internally and externally
· Demonstrated Change Management experience including the ability to work with improvement team sponsors to address barriers to a team’s success.
· A strong work ethic with high customer service approach.
· Written and verbal communication skills in English
