Business Analyst

Amazon is looking for a talented Business Analysts to join the FBA operations team in Bratislava (Slovakia). As an Business Analyst, you would analyze processes of the FBA Fulfillment Center operations and transportation teams and drive improvement by scalable automation through SQL and other analytical tools. You will work closely with the BTS team, the Luxembourg team, and EU local operations to deliver sound, data-backed recommendations, identify areas of improvement and enable the business team to drive corrective/improvement actions.
The sucsessful candidate will be highly data-centric with good exposure in business analysis/ data analytics/ automation/ supply chain. They would have good experience in digging deep into data to identify areas of improvement in business or operations. A successful candidate should be experienced in working with large data sets, be tech-interested, and an ability to work with minimum guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
· Process improvement/ Productivity improvement of FBA operations team and identification of opportunities.
· Automate manual deep dives through automating/fastening data extraction and validation tasks.
· Analyze FBA Seller queries in a scalable way to identify trends, drivers, and formulate recommendations.
· As per Seller queries or FC operations or transportation requests, identify key data requirements and efficiently extract and process the data to help businesses in taking key business decisions.
· Collaborating with business stakeholders in the central team to deliver impactful findings in various areas.
· Drive and provide business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews.
