Program Manager Amazon Business

Amazon Business Taxonomy Operations is looking for a program manager to join our team. Since our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers, we have to reinvent our processes to provide the right customer experience for businesses. We support features which allow our business customers to achieve visibility of spend analysis, enable cost effective procurement and take advantage of electronic commerce capabilities.”

Our Program Managers:
- are results oriented and have a track record of repeatedly delivering results
- demonstrate process improvement abilities
- solve complex and ambiguous problems
- write SOP (Standard Operation Processes) or guidelines
- proactively anticipate business customer needs
- mentor/coach/guide junior colleagues
- work with key internal stakeholders like sales team, tech teams and occasionally also strategic business customers
- can quickly adapt to change and work with new processes and tooling solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor´s degree or equivalent
-English and German or French or Spanish or Italian (B2-C1)
-3-5 years experience in a product/program management or operations role in a relevant industry
-advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-prior B2B experience or business process management experience
-prior experience of working in taxonomy related fields
-basic SQL knowledge


Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1460 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
