Job description, responsibilities and duties
Amazon is looking for a talented Business Analysts to join the FBA operations team in Bratislava (Slovakia). As an Business Analyst, you would analyze the processes related to Customer Returns and Seller's Inbound and drive improvement by scalable automation through SQL and other analytical tools. You will work closely with different EU business teams and FC operations to deliver sound, data-backed recommendations, identify areas of improvement and enable the business team to drive corrective/improvement actions.
The successful candidate will be highly data-centric with proven exposure to business analysis, Big data analytics, automation and lean supply chain.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· to optimize different flows of Customer Returns via analytics
· to identify Seller experience improvement opportunities in inbound work stream.
· to automate manually maintained ETL pipelines
· to streamline deep dives via building insightful dashboards
· to analyze FBA Seller queries in a scalable way to identify trends, drivers, and formulate recommendations.
· to efficiently collaborate with business stakeholders
· to contribute to key business documents
· to derive insights for call-outs during weekly and monthly business reviews

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or similar
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, business analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science or related field
- Experience gathering requirements, and designing data system solutions to meet customer needs
- Experience using SQL, ETL and databases in a business environment
- Experience with data visualization using PowerBI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar tools
- Record of delivering small and medium analytical solutions with business impact
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems and data mining
