Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Working hours: US hours – 14:00 – 22:30
Start: ASAP
This is a customer-facing servicing role, supporting Wholesale clients by providing proactive status of interim milestones on long duration installation Telco DS3 and Ethernet orders.
The candidate will work with the Access Service Center and various network construction, engineering, design and provisioning centers to obtain status and escalate for information/progress to provide to the customers and sales on a proactive basis.
Working hours: US hours – 14:00 – 22:30
Start: ASAP
