Job description, responsibilities and duties

Specialist, Access & Payable Billing will manage disputes resolution with MoW telecom suppliers and will be part of the Access Billing Management (Finance) Organization. Dispute resolution also involves regular communication and follow-up with telecom vendors as well as internal business partners mainly via e-mails or conference calls.

o Managing supplier billing related mismatches and disputes with telecom suppliers in MOW. Dispute management involves regular communication, negotiations with the vendors via e-mails conference calls, teleconference or occasionally face to face meetings with the vendors.
o Support the investigation and resolution of complex inventory issues
o Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the vendors, AT&T partner organizations and the broader ABM teams
o Support annual reconciliation of the outstanding balances with the vendors
o Support Telecom Supplier Scorecard preparation, monthly monitoring and defining the billing scores per supplier performance
o Provide regular metrics and reporting of results of supplier negotiations and provide status of supplier disputes
o Represent the ABM team for vendor billing and dispute area during the regular Annual Review Meeting with vendors
o Support inventory management and accuracy. Proactively suggest solutions to ensure continuous improvements in areas of responsibilities.
o Support ABM team to improve Invoice Processing and Dispute Management process. Help to identify root cause of disputes and work with the vendors and partner organizations on improvements.
o Anticipate problems and drive resolutions using good judgment and negotiation skills.
o Identify ways to share information /experience/ knowledge that enhances process effectiveness.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Portuguese - Upper intermediate (B2)
