Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.
• Partner with Customer Account Teams as Lead AT&T Technical Architecture resource
• Serve and participate as Technical owner during complex network transition implementations
• Make presentations to the customer, IBM, and AT&T groups for network transition designs
• Design, develop, document and analyze overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software.
• Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet customer’s performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop Architecture Strategy
• Support PreSales on new sales opportunities
• Develop Solution design
• Support Complex Changes - Architecture and design guidance
• Support Complex Tier 4 level support

• Should have at least 5+ years of experience in network architecture & design
• Have solid hands on knowledge be able to produce design suggestions
• Interacting at a high technical level with employees and customers
• Should have deep network knowledge level equivalent to at least CCNP/CCIE level and you must be certified.
• Experience with at least 3-5 areas below:
o Understanding of networking and TCP/IP stack
o Fully redundant network designs using several technical solutions like HSRP, routing failover, L2 failover
o Cisco Switching, Vlan, MST, Spanning-Tree, point-to-point L2, VPLS, VPC
o Cisco routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RIP, EIGRP
o Wireless networking
o WAN technologies : MPLS VPN, SDWAN
o Various programming languages (Python/Perl/Java/MySQL/PgSQL/YANG)
o Enterprise LAN/WAN experience. Routing, switching, firewalls
o Understanding of Data Center design and virtualization
o Experience of administration and development on Linux operating systems
o Automation – Ansible Go scripts, Puppet, Chef
