Location
Our business partner’s main office is in Texas, US, their European headquarter is in The Hague, the Netherlands, but you will perform your work from the office in Brno, Czechia. Your job is on hybrid model: a part of the work you do from the office, and the other part of it - from home.

By this function
You are an enthusiastic and driven person, who will be working is small and friendly team (currently 3 people). You will be the connection between the Hiring Managers in the Oil&Gas industry leaders and the professionals from various fields willing to dive and create unique and innovative projects. You don’t need to have experience in Oil&Gas (as this field is really unique in Czechia), but you do need outstanding interpersonal skills, background in recruitment, hands-on mentality and you are willing to learn the industry. Your team will teach you the rest!

What are you going to do?
• Working with business partners (Hiring Managers) to understand the business objectives and needs;
• Supporting your teammates, creating job postings and placing them on social media and job boards;
• Pre-screening and selecting candidates to ensure the job requirements are linked to the functions;
• Conducting screening calls, scheduling interviews, keeping and updating track-record of candidates;
• Working with different sourcing channels and job boards, operating with LinkedIn and with Taleo;
• Ensuring the on-boarding procedure is made correctly and up to the end;
• Guiding the Hiring Managers within the recruitment process to ensuring the understanding of the cycle;
• Participating to job fairs, career events and other HR marketing happenings, if needed.

- A higher education with relevant level of mindset;
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and on-boarding, preferably within the tech-jobs;
- Understanding of the recruiting via LinkedIn, Indeed and other related job boards;
- Natural communicator, with excellent commands in both: English and Czech languages;
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple demands at the same time;
- Great organizational and effective stakeholder management skills;
- A strong team player, fits well into a collaborative friendly team;
- Curious mind, hungry to learn new things and eager to achieve results;

Information about the selection process

The application process:
As we are living in the digital era, the application procedure is mostly online and remote. It consists and follows the steps bellow. If we have a good click in the current step, then we move on to the next. The steps are:
1. You apply, we assess your application and if it match, we reply within a few days;
2. We schedule the first (video)call. We are curious about you, and you can also ask your questions;
3. In case needed, in your email you will receive online assessment tools to test your personality and skills;
4. Meeting: In this part of the process, you present yourself to your future teammates (or the manager);
5. Afterwards, if all of us have the positive feeling, our business partner makes you an offer;
6. After all, you can start the new chapter!
