What will you do?
- Provide customer service support as first line to customers, forwarding agents, service center
- Solve customers’ queries to ensure pallets are delivered on time in full
- Coordinate the invoicing, debiting and crediting for customers
- Work with account managers to resolve customer issues
- Open new accounts for customers and maintain updates to the account structure
- Support pallet audit process
- Prepare monthly reports and action plans to meet customer service metrics
What you should bring to the role?
- Experience in customer support
- Fluent Czech and good English
- Good PC skills
- Good communication skills to support customers
