Customer Service Back Office Coordinator


What will you do?

  • Provide customer service support as first line to customers, forwarding agents, service center
  • Solve customers’ queries to ensure pallets are delivered on time in full
  • Coordinate the invoicing, debiting and crediting for customers
  • Work with account managers to resolve customer issues
  • Open new accounts for customers and maintain updates to the account structure
  • Support pallet audit process
  • Prepare monthly reports and action plans to meet customer service metrics

What you should bring to the role?

  • Experience in customer support
  • Fluent Czech and good English
  • Good PC skills
  • Good communication skills to support customers
