Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are the team of mobile advertising platform BYYD. Our team is responsible for placing advertising in smartphones and tablets as part of the mobile apps, mobile games and mobile websites around the globe.
Currently we are expanding into Czech Republic and looking for active and communicable New Business Managers(Sales).
Candidate’s responsibilities:
Searching for contact details of decision-making people from a prepared client base and digital agencies.
Appointment of online meetings for Development Director (our team at BYYD will conduct full training on how to initiate first contact with decision-making people in Facebook, LinkedIn, email and via telephone);
Be present in online-meetings for deeper understanding of materials (if a candidate wishes to progress to Account Executive, where he/she will be curating clients on all levels of communication).
Candidates requirements:
Higher Education Degree (University)
At least 2 years Work experience in any segment (Preferably Sales)
Good level of written and spoken English and Fluent Czech
Must be motivated to accomplish results
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

The online-workshop will take place on the 4th of August 19:00 (Czech Time), where our Executive Director and Account Director of BYYD platform will explain in-detail about our company, job vacancy and reward system, career progression and our plans of expansion in Poland. On the 4th of August all interested candidates will undergo final individual interviews.
5th of August – your 3-day training starts ( 2 hours a day) Day 1: introduction workshop, in detail study of the platform, USP and analytics. Day 2: study of product presentations, cases and methods of decision-making people search, preparation of communication instruments (Facebook, LinkedIn, Gmail, Zadarma, Asana). Day 3: working out scripts for every channel of communication, test calls, answering questions.
From 10th of August we start working on a commercial basis, with daily results – evening status ( approx. 15 mins), attendance mandatory.
After the evening status we will be discussing any issues, complicated situations, which arose throughout the day (attendance is optional with no time restrictions).
