Job description, responsibilities and duties
CANDENA is looking for experienced online tutors (medical doctors) to support medical students from around the world on their learning journey at EDU College of Medicine.
The focus of your work will be to provide the community of medical students with guidance, feedback, and support. You will deliver academic input via the platform and work with the students on a daily basis.
Expectations and Tasks
• Delivering learning objectives every week per module
• Delivering, evaluating and grading of the group and individual assignments
• Providing constructive feedback on groups’ draft submissions
• Moderating and actively participating in group discussions
• Sharing and integrating Expert Know-how
Skills and Competencies
• A Master’s Degree in Medicine.
• Experience in teaching.
• Leadership skills with a demonstrable understanding of group dynamics and classroom management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus; esp. German and Spanish).
• The ability to work constructively and collaboratively with others.
• A developed tone and language for online communication.
