In the year 2000, cargo-partner began using the SPOT Visibility & Collaboration Platform for all aspects of transport and supply chain management. Within a short time, the info-logistics solutions had become an integral part of cargo-partner’s service portfolio.

We’re growing faster than ever and now are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team to attract the best IT talent in a competitive IT market to support our diverse culture and build high-performing IT teams.

You will:
1. coordinate the end-to-end sourcing process, including but not limited to advertising, searching, identifying, pre-screening and interviewing high potential candidates for vacant positions
2. sourcing and building relationships with IT candidates, managing them through the entire recruitment process
3. LinkedIn talent searching & headhunting using all channels, e.g. Xing, LinkedIn,, job fairs, online postings, other social media.
4. develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates by headhunting & sourcing via a variety of channels across different markets

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 2 years direct IT talent sourcing experience.
  • Passionate about the growth of the whole company and team spirit promoter.
  • Self-starter attitude, high level of energy.
  • Ambitious.
  • Stellar communication skills, out of the box thinking and open to interacting with people.
  • Positive charisma, winning nature, conviction and enthusiasm.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
