Job description, responsibilities and duties
Ready to start working on projects you always wanted to? To be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of new and existing IT systems and infrastructure? Join us for a dynamic environment, where two months won't look the same, projects will vary and you'll have an opportunity to bring your Windows system knowledge to the next level.
On what you'll have a chance to work?
- Administration of RDS farm and Exchange environment, of the physical server systems (Cisco UCS, HPE), and of the data center infrastructure (UPS, A/C, security, etc.)
- Design, implement and manage SCCM client environment and the globally distributed data center infrastructure
- Create Windows client patch management process and install windows updates
- Support, implement and design client services for Microsoft Active Directory
- Administration of the virtualized server systems (VMware) and of antivirus environment and endpoint protection
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
- Project support, application support and working together with other departments

Personality requirements and skills
The background and experience we expect from you:
- Five or more years in the IT infrastructure/ IT Windows operations area
- Recent experience or knowledge of working with Active Directory components
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare or equivalent)
- Experience with Virtual Desktops (RDS farm) and with Exchange environments
- Familiarity managing System Center Configuration Manager
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols, system security practices, storage, data protection, disaster recovery protocols etc.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach towards customers, with cross-cultural experience
