Senior Relationship Manager – CCB - Large Corporates

• Area Description: Corporate Banking - Czech Republic and cross-country access to Group which services the financial needs of large corporates, multinationals, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, acquisition finance and mainly tailor made banking solution for our customers.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for own customers porfolio, x-sell and Business development. Responsible for maximization of revenues, returns, customer acquisition and activation with focus on large MME companies and high revenue/large credit ticket & complex transactions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Customer acquisition, activation, x-sell, revenue and returns maximization with focus on large MME companies and high revenue/large credit ticket & complex transactions.
- Maintain frequent contact with customers (frequency to be based on customer size and risk profile). Understand the nature of customer's business, and keep abreast of latest developments in the company/ industry.
- Understand the needs of the customers and advise them on appropriate product solutions. Involve product sales teams when appropriate.
- Propose suitable product solutions including financing for the customer, negotiate pricing and conditions to ensure adequate risk/reward.
- Maintain the portfolio to meet revenue target and full satisfaction of the customers. Act as a contact point for the customers product / credit needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Sales, presentation and communication skills. Focus on first class service quality.
- Excellent knowledge of banking products and bank rules.
- Interpersonal skills needed for coordinating across various departments to deliver a solution to the customer.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Perfect knowledge of the Czech language.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of banking experience
Minimum 3 years of direct exposure to the corporate customers of the bank and credit as well as market risk
