The job main responsibilities will be:

Helping the customers with their issues on the phone or through helpdesk chat
Gaining expertise in computing, scanning and other company products
Troubleshooting related to companies products and environments
Escalating issues to a higher degree of company support

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

We are looking for candidates who are keen on technologies and learning and developing new skills with English (upper-intermediate level) and French (advanced level).
Candidates having knowledge of OS, computing tech, remote tools will have an advantage as well as candidates with experience in Helpdesk support roles or skilled networkers and wireless infrastructure professionals.
