Accounts Payable with German

We are recruiting for our client, an international company for the position Accounts Payable with German. WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAILY BREAD?

- Processing vendor invoices and payments
- Dealing with various queries related to Accounts Payable sub ledger to ensure
payments are transferred correctly and timely.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of assigned vendor accounts
- Cooperation and communication with other internal departments e.g.
Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing department
- Regular daily communication with suppliers
- Performing Month-End Closing activities and account reconciliations related
to Accounts Payable subledger

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

- Secondary/University education
- Intermediate German, communicative English
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
- Team player, methodical, accurate and detail conscious
- Basic knowledge of invoicing/accountancy
- PC Literacy (MS Office)
