International company with it's Global IT department in Brno is actively looking for somebody who has experience with Service Desk support in IT with focusing on Italian users.
If you prefer very pleasant, international, friendly and stable environment, please let us know with your CV in English.
Your responsibilities:
• to be a single point of contact for users and be able to solve IT related issues
• maintain a high level of customer awareness
• cooperation with other Service Desk team members and IT teams
• escalating incidents and requests to the Service Desk Team Leader
• ensure that all incidents are logged in a ticketing system
What we need from you:
• IT experience on similar position
• solid knowledge of technologies like: Microsoft application, Windows 10, HW, SW deployment, network administration, TCP/IP, VPN, McAfee antivirus etc.
• advanced language skills (Italian C1, English B2 - C1)
• customer orientation, good communication skills
