Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be a member of a small however cooperative team which serves the clients of BMW Group Czech Republic. Your duties will include dealing with the incoming email and phone requests and complaints. You will also have administrative, responding, investigating (in certain, more complex cases and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails) and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails.

Handling incoming questions and requests via phone, email and chat
- recording and administration
- gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Czech Republic
- preparing and submitting replies

Requirements for the employee

Personality requirements and skills

- Be a Czech native speaker
- Advanced English language skills
- At least upper secondary education
- Contact Center experience
- Precision, independence and reliability are advantages
- Have good Computer and MS Office skills
