What will your role be?

Ensure strong growth in the Eurocentral Strategic Account Market Segment of 3DS Customer Role (3DExperience Works/SOLIDWORKS) by driving account based sales and marketing activities while focusing on mid/large size projects (seat equivalent of 10-50+ users of CAD,PDM and or other 3DS Products)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expanding and winning new business within the defined existing and new Strategic Accounts
  • Drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed revenue plan
  • Be accountable to engage a set of Accounts systematically and engage with strategic selling approach including account planning, strategic roadmaps, account based marketing, Roadmap planning
  • Provide an accurate forecast with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives
  • Develop, build and implement scalable models to add a VAR SAM GTM to traditional VAR business
  • Plan and commit with Geo Channel Sales Managers on geo resources allocation to sustain 3DS Customer Roadmap implementation
  • Involve and drive 3DS teams and/or Resellers to maintain a high-end account management presence at customer and to create new business areas by leveraging 3DS solutions
  • Lead global client business reviews with 3DS extended team to ensure proper execution of the strategic sales strategy agreed with customer, in accordance with the sales process

Your key success factors:

We are looking for a strongly motivated individual with a sales background and proven success in sales positions.

  • Czech and English language is a must
  • At least 5 years’ experience in selling software solutions for SMB & enterprise customers
  • Proven Track record of winning larger PLM software projects in the various industries
  • Understanding of Product Development Processes is a plus
  • Understanding business consulting is an advantage
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and manage complex negotiations at top executive level
  • Strong consultative selling approach to uncover new business areas and create value for customer
