Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order in order) to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (2nd and 3rd level environment).
Key accountabilities
•Next Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration and troubleshooting
•Maintenance of rule base, traffic log analyzing and export, software upgrade
•Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products, with a focus on Next-Generation Firewall and some comparative technologies
•Tunneling protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec
•IP Routing: Static, Network Address Translation
•Experience with remote user access technologies
•Perform daily network operation tasks to provide stable customer service.
•Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
•Handling team hotline.
