For our client - an international company active in the European market in the providing of customer solutions and software development for vending machines for industrial plants - we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of
Sales Manager Czech Republic and Slovakia
Your customers will be distributors in CZ/SK that you will support on business issues in the sale, installation and maintenance of modern dispensers for protective working aids.
We prefer applicants residing in the Southern Moravia or Western Slovakia region.
What do we ask you to do?
- understand the operation of our existing and prospect clients and propose the adequate solutions to them in the field of micro-logistics (and the related business efficiency);
- proactively approach existing and prospect clients with the new solutions we develop inhouse;
- benefit from the market intelligence (and build it through your input) we are having from operating in multiple countries to solve client problems, issues and business challenges relating to micro logistics and cost management /forecasting;
- be a team player (yet an achiever), capable of cooperating with the other departments - even remotely;
- act as a link between the market and a company to allow our client to be even more respondent;
- proudly manage the sales cycle from pitching to supporting installation derived from the 2000+ smart vending machines in operation in 14+ countries;
- be on the road in your assigned territory visiting clients in order to build long term partnerships;
- understand market trends and evolution to develop and realize business opportunities and make proposals, budget calculation business planning and cost controlling;
- manage customer contracts;
- understand the technical background of our client’s product portfolio, and able to present it to customers;
- use your project management skills and mindset to follow the sales activities from the idea till realization.
Our expectations:
- strong sales and communication skills;
- project management experience;
- proven track record in B2B;
- work remotely with discipline and accountability, when performing the required planning and administration;
- possess IT / technical background, however, be business minded;
- mature enough with minimum 3-5 years of professional experience to be able to efficiently negotiate with decision makers on various levels;
- driving license and the willingness to travel in the region of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia (approximately 2-3 days a week);
- willingness to work as a freelancer with the advantage of home office and self-organization of working hours.
Type of employment:
- Full time, employment or contractor (preferred).
Location:
- Czech Republic or Slovakia (preferred: Czech Republic, Brno area).
The required languages:
- Czech/Slovak - native,
- English - higher advanced.
