Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Lead & grow Enery’s local operations team
• Strong supervision of O&M provider
• Monitor production and outages
• Create maintenance plans in cooperation with external O&M providers
• Supervise and coordinate contractors
• Supervise annual plant inspections and revisions
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Key contact person for landowners and other local stakeholders
• Manage insurance claims and reporting
• Improve operations, i.e. new monitoring systems, automation of key work streams
• Key contact for Enery’s accounting and finance team
• Report key KPIs to Enery’s management in close cooperation with the Portfolio Asset Manager
• Contact person for distribution companies and local state authorities
• Supervision & Implementation of Health & Safety procedures, in accordance with Enery’s policy and local legislation
• Organize social projects

We are looking for a strong candidate with relevant experience (5+ years) in the Solar industry, who can lead the day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors, organize site inspections and repairs, report to management and be responsible for Health & Safety of the Portfolio.
