- Viesť tím a koordinovať aktivity tímu podpory užívateľov v zložení Service desku a prvej línie podpory.
- Zastúpenie rolí: Incident manager, Problem manager, Service katalog manager, Event manager a Service request manager.
- Komunikovať s internými zákazníkmi, riešiť eskalácie a návrhy.
