- Viesť tím a koordinovať aktivity tímu podpory užívateľov v zložení Service desku a prvej línie podpory.
- Zastúpenie rolí: Incident manager, Problem manager, Service katalog manager, Event manager a Service request manager.
- Komunikovať s internými zákazníkmi, riešiť eskalácie a návrhy.
- Navrhovať a spravovať katalóg služieb na základe požiadaviek a potrieb spoločnosti.
- Spolupracovať na IT projektoch, zastupovať podporný tím a koordinovať činnosti v rámci projektov.
- Zdieľať nové skúsenosti a vedomosti s ostatnými členmi tímu.
