Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Managing Branch within whole Slovakia region
- Leading team of HR Consultants, Sales Consultants, Recruiters
- Responsibility for new consultants – hiring, training
- Distribution of tasks and projects
- Supervision on the priorities of projects
- Running permanent placement projects according to the law and legislation
- Key person to deal with State organizations, State offices, Audit preparation
- Operational control of the Branch
- Responsible for preparing yearly budget and cash flow
- Performance controlling/review and monitoring KPIs ( weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Setting goals and targets for the team
- Responsible for preparation of documents regarding accountancy, salaries, labour contacts etc.
- Reporting activities to the mother company in the Netherlands
Sales :
- Aquistition of new clients in Slovakia region in all segments
- Act as a key interface between the business and clients
- Develop and maintain the relationships with key clients and key stakeholders
- Preparation of pricing policy in accordance with principles of the company
- Detect and develop new sales opportunities/acquisitions
- Involvement in new projects regarding the existing and potential clients
- Forecast sales activities of whole team – preparing action plans
- Market research of the region (trends, competitors, customers)
- Marketing campaigns – forcast, preparation and execution

Information about the selection process

• Suitable candidate has min. 5 years working experience in management of small/medium teams
• Advance customer focus and consulting skills
• Solid labor market overview
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player, Initiative and flexible
• Natural leader able to motivate and lead independent people
• Able to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work
