• Providing Level 1 support and basic troubleshooting of Data Centre Technologies with focus on Linux and Windows Servers via phone, mail and monitoring tools for English and/or German speaking clients
• Monitoring of IT system management tools and ticket handling
• Monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved
• Preparing technical documentation and reports
• Escalating issues to Level 2 support if necessary
