Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
•Working with the inventory control and management system - using corporate MRP, managing the relevant instructions
•Maintain a specific supply of materials and parts according to the MRP system and individual applications
•Negotiating delivery schedules with suppliers, controlling deliveries, and taking appropriate actions prior to delivery related to non-compliance with plans
•Eliminate problems related to materials, parts, and suppliers according to established practices, proposing corrective actions
•Maintain data integrity in the system, analyze parts, consumables, and suppliers, update data in the system
•Monitor critical deliveries until goods are received and prioritized delivery to production is ensured
•Collaborate with suppliers of goods in resolving differences in quantity, discussing problems and transactions with suppliers
•Cooperation with the purchasing department and warehouse
•Collaboration with employees of the plant's logistics department to check inventory and submit requests for periodic inventories
•Verify shipping information for deliveries
•Providing the necessary information for the customs declaration
•Control and ensure the circulation of returnable packaging at suppliers
•Taking part in meetings with clients to ensure covering customers' needs
•High knowledge of the SAP program is a must
•Organizational skills, time management, prioritizing responsibilities, and planning
