Job description, responsibilities and duties

Leading owner, manager and (re)developer of high quality shopping centres across Europe and Turkey is seeking Lease Administrator who will be based in Bratislava.

Your new role
You will be responsible for entering abstract leases/subleases and other real estate documents into the company database, maintaining database and manual files, analyzing/processing rents and service charges, issuing invoices, interest notes and call letters, rent collection for leases, supporting in preparing annual costs reconciliation, liasing with the accountants, tenants, clients and their banks where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
- bachelor´s degree
- minimum of 6 months working experience with commercial real estate leases
- intermediate English language
- very good MS Excel skills
- good communication skills, multitasking, time management and analytical mindset

Requirements for the employee
