Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our very important client operating in global banking and financial services with numerous offices in more than 50 countries all around the world is currently looking for an Accounting and Reporting Specialist with fluent Italian to join their international financial team in Prague.
Your primary responsibilities will include controlling the balance sheet and the P+L Accounts of the different branches, preparation of month-end and year-end bookings, maintenance of accounts, working in the different banking systems, treatment of taxes (booking, payment, provisions, calculations etc.) and preparation of documents for different tax declaration, etc.
Requirements:
As the successful candidate you should be an analytical and accurate individual with at least 2+ years of experience in banking industry. You should also speak fluently English and Italian and have a good knowledge of IFRS accounting requirements. Good knowledge of regulatory reporting is an advantage.
