Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, American company with SSC based in Prague, we are seeking junior candidate to become Customer Service Specialist with Italian language.

Your new role
Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all assigned customers in a perfect manner (all order-to-delivery processes). Appropriately respond to and resolve customer complaints, as soon as they arise, work with internal and external customers to ensure fulfilment of all order elements for on-time and accurate delivery
Receive, manage and resolve customer enquiries concerning orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, products, product availability etc.

What you need to succeed
We are seeking for both excited juniors and experienced customer service specialists. Fluency in Italian and English language is a must, previous experience in Customer Service can be an advantage.
