Slovakian/Czech Business and Technical Support Associate

In Europe, the company operates in Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia to ensure great value to customers. Now, they are building up a new Business Services team in Budapest for supporting Central European colleagues and customers in different areas with various functions. Based in the Budapest office the multifunctional team will provide excellent service and take part in the continuous improvement for their system and processes.

As a Business and Technical Support Associate you would be a valuable part of the Internal Support function. On a daily basis your responsibility will include:

-Providing assistance and support for incoming requests in Czech/Slovakian
-Responding to queries via phone or mail
-Ensuring the proper process management based on the SOP
-Working closely with various departments
-Taking part in process improvement

What you'll need to succeed :

-Advanced Slovakian/Czech and confident intermediate English knowledge
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Good communication and problem solving skills
-Fresh graduates are also welcome
