Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Reviews applicable income tax returns
• Works on applicable computations and analysis
• Preparation of the Quarterly UK corporate tax payments and quarterly withholding tax form CT61
• Performs quarterly cushion analysis for UK corporate interest restriction
• Assists with tax audits as they may arise in EMEA and UK
• Works on development of and analysis for various tax-related projects
• Assists Managers & Director of Tax in analyzing and managing EMEA & UK tax
• Keeps current on critical tax law changes related to through outsourced provider and discussions with Manager
• SoX documentation for input to US head office tax team for quarterly tax reporting
