Job description, responsibilities and duties

On this role you will be responsible for supervising German O2C team activities, distributing of workload and reporting of Accounts Receivable statements.
You will deal with escalations and you will continuously support your team members.
You will work closely with the Accounting Manager.
Full-time position Monday-Friday

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

For this role you will need to have an educational background in accounting and an experience min. 3 years from O2C role and ideally also from people managerial position.
You need to be stress-resistant and be ready to work under pressure in the peak period.
You need to speak fluently English and German.
