Strategic revenue manager

Revenue Manager | | FMCG | | Slovakia and Hungary


For FMCG company operating in CEE region, we are looking for new team member of SRM team. This position is located in Slovakia or Hungary.


Your new role

Develops 3Y promotional strategy and 1Y promo deployment at unit level
Consolidates and monitors compliance to trade promotion guidelines at account or budget holder level
Collaborates with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver 3Y and short term trade architecture strategy
Manages and monitors trade terms and budget compliance with Sales Finance on regular basis
Identifies trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness
Develops 3Y pricing strategy – base pricing/pack price architecture – 1Y pricing deployment at unit level
Price list management, supporting Sales team by ensuring to have the right data in place


What you'll need to succeed


English proficiency/Local language (Hungarian needed, Slovakian B2)
University Degree / Bachelor’s degree in Business
Strong communication skills are essential
Additional Demand or Sales experience preferred
3-5 years experience in commercial or finance business partner role
Previous experience in FMCG
Solid IT skills
