- Junior role (entry level position) - no special experience needed. An experience with invoicing from Shared Service Centre advantage!
- You are going to be working with National Account teams and Field teams to manage administrative processes associated with processing / reconciling customer invoices and credits.
- Your main field of specialism will be ensuring all invoices and credits remain up to date, reconciled and inputted into internal tools for proper approval & booking mechanism
Main responsibilities
- Processing all invoices and credits into internal tools ready for authorization from Account teams & channel managers for proper approval
- Ensuring collection of proper proof of performance documents
- Contract management
- Reconciling invoices
-Dealing with processing enquiries
