Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for helping to build business by hiring the best talent across Europe. You will take ownership of live recruitment activity and manage the full recruitment lifecycle of multiple live Tech and Non-Tech hires from identification of need through to offer. Whilst you will be based in Prague, you will be covering recruitment across Europe. This will include advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, coaching managers, managing offers and feedback, updating the application tracking system and reporting weekly to the recruitment manager on live recruitment campaigns.



Key Accountabilities:

Sourcing Technology candidates through a variety of attraction methods using direct channels and creative means, including social media, databases, market mapping to identify suitable candidates and headhunting so that we are targeting a strong mix of active and passive candidates

Conducting telephone screening with shortlisted applicants

Creating shortlists of candidates for Hiring Managers to progress to interview stage

Manage candidate care throughout the process

Negotiating Terms & Conditions (within set compensation guidelines) including remuneration package with successful candidates

Maintain relationships with external recruitment suppliers and ensure they are working to agreed SLAs

Ensure a thorough understanding of recruitment methodologies, enabling us to attract the very best candidates to the business

Have up to knowledge of current and planned legislation regarding recruitment and ensure that the business is operating within the parameters of this at all times



What you'll need to succeed?

Technology recruitment background

Good knowledge of the European recruitment market, especially in Czech Republic, Nordics and UK

Ability to manage the full lifecycle of high-volume recruitment campaigns

Proven experience of managing day to day relationships with multiple stake holders

Capable of writing job advertisements in a creative and methodical manor

Able to shortlist , screen and interview candidates against soft skills and technical experience

Strong experience of coaching managers through recruitment processes and working to best practice which is in line with local market legislation combined with up to date working

Target driven with experience of working towards KPI’s and SLA’s

Experience of utilising an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate responses
