As members of the team of experts, you would be responsible for assisting passengers around the world in difficult life situations. The main tasks are daily contacts with our clients, hospitals, airlines, tour operators, etc.
We are looking for reliable, open and flexible team players able to analyze the situation and find a solution. Do you feel that the work you do makes sense? Requirements
- German/Spanish/French/Italian at B2-C1 level and fluent English
- flexible and fast thinking, cool head in stressful situations
- previous work experience in the field of tourism an advantage
