Operations Manager

Currently, we are looking to employ a driven and experienced:
Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for day-to-day Fleet management operations to meet Customer requirements with approved budget figures and operational KPI’s;
Implementation of service procedures and fleet policies consistent with the Hitachi Capital standards;
Building and maintaining long term working relationships with part & service suppliers and insurance companies;
Development of good and effective relations with Customers to optimize service program;
Active participation in the development of service network and service procedures on the national basis;
Service contract negotiations and the procurement of parts and service needed to the fleet maintenance process;
Taking care of update and maintenance reporting and fleet data systems;
Extensive involvement in business planning and annual budgets on fleet maintenance;
Conducting regular cost analysis to keep the expected internal rate of return and achieve operational goals with strategic focus;
Conducting monthly reports for other departments;
Management of all fleet maintenance issues.

Requirements:

Experience in operational leasing;
A minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of issues related to the operation of motor vehicles;
Knowledge of automotive industry;
Higher education, related to the position;
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
Very good communication skills;
Problem-solving skills.
