Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The purpose of the role is to support the growth mainly of the air pollution control filter business in Czech. Reports to: Sweden.

Technical support and expertise

• Analytical and creative abilities
• Educate customers, agents, resellers of our applications and solutions.
• Provide office technical support to sales process (using dedicated internal software packages to provide the best technical solution), processing technical information from the customers visits (made by sales personnel)
• Be the speaking partner between customers, resellers, agents and our producing units, from the first stage of project until final commissioning where you are responsible.
• Presenting technical information, process improvement . Providing a full package technical solutions and communicate solutions externally to customers (offers, drawings, documentation, etc. mails, conference and phone calls)
• Communicate internally (with in house specialists) to be able to provide specific technical solutions
• Negotiate with customers on prices, deadlines and quantities (to a certain extent)
• Search for new suppliers for components or replacement parts
• Develop business proposals

Technical skills

• Basic designing (airflow, based on info from customer, visits , description etc. understanding). Experience required
• Basic designing (external dP calculations, ducts works etc)
• Configuring the units with help of internal software based on information from customer
• Selecting and defining add on components (fans, panels, special ATEX components, etc)
• Understanding wirring schematics, PIDs, lay outs

Development and commercial follow:

• Ensure client tracking /follow up commercial proposals through calls, emails with customers
• Meet their demands, adjust and adapt offers, negotiate terms, etc
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and customer satisfaction

Customer relationship management and reporting:

• Keep customers database , project pipeline
• Maintain relations with customers
• Perform regular reports of its activities, including monitoring indicators and statistics on clients

• Sales experience necessary – 2 years
