Recruiter - 6 months limited contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a switched on, proactive Recruiter to join our busy team on a full-time permanent basis:
- To be responsible for administering all recruitment processes
- The first point of contact for clients, consultants, and candidates
- Interact with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Ad-hoc administration
- Manage the interview process from CV screening to offer stage
- Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and employer events
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operationally effectiveness
- Follow new trends, tools and hiring methods
 
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
- English on a communicative level (written and spoken) – we are international team/company and English is our office language 
- experience with recruitment
- communication and negotiation skills 
- pro-active approach, fast adaptation to changes
- detail oriented approach
- at least user knowledge of Microsoft Office
