For our favourite client, international SSC in pharma industry, we are looking for experienced, onsite RECRUITER.
The Prague office has 500-550 employees with quite wide range of departments. Which is great, as you won´t be limited to recruiting one type of the role only, but you would have a chance to do little bit of everything (finance, accounting, customer service, analysts, events, trainings, junior and senior roles etc.), which will keep your market overview up to date.
You will be working along experienced, very nice, recruiter, who will be able to give you the initial training and support too. Sounds interesting? Well, read on:
Our client prefers a candidate who:
- Has at least 2-3 years of active inhouse or agency recruitment
- Speaks fluent english, other languages are advantage
- Is used to high volume of work load and dynamic environment
- Is able to handle the whole cycle of recruitment proces
- Works independely and pro-actively
- Is very good with communication in all directions – candidates, hiring managers, suppliers
- Is not scared of challenges, KPIs, SLAs
- Genuinly enjoys working as recruiter
- Either lives in ČR already or is ready to relocate
