For our favourite client, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for suitable candidate for newly opened role of:
***TECHNICAL MANAGER - learning management systems (LMS)***
Your main responsibility will be to provide technical/customer support in the administration of Learning Management Systems and integrated tools for the whole EMEA region. You will be the main point of contact for all B2B and also B2C partners - health care providers, doctors, nurses, patients, as well as for internal business partners and stakeholders.
Your activities will include:
- Making sure the systems and trainings work correctly so users can use them the most effectively and without problems
- Working closely with IT and Senior LMS Admin who is based in the UK
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining related processes
- Writing and running system reports and develop custom reports to meet stakeholder needs
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the learning management system; investigating and resolving any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Performing testing to assure accuracy of setup and functionality of online courses
- Performing all duties required for e-learning content launch, testing, assignment and support for internally produced as well as 3rd party course content
- Providing guidance on LMS upgrade needs/future functionality
- Supporing and troubleshooting online course testing and deployment
- Communicating with 3rd party vendors
Our clients expects you to have:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (ideally Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Experience with SalesForce and understanding of Adobe Connect
- Strong experience on specificities and user interactions related to web-based, multimedia and mobile technologies

- Driven, creative personality, someone who is not affraid of "unknown" and can come up with solutions and to think out of the box
- Customer support mind-set
