You and the role:

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in JONCKERS at an exciting time. You would join an experienced global team, who are maximising growth with our innovative Wordsonline platform. Your skills as a talented Community Talent Finder will be critical in supporting good operation and efficiency for our Language Community.

Responsibilities:

You will report to Community Talent Manager.


To manage the entire recruitment process:
- Actively search for and recruit linguists (translators, post-editors, revisers).
- Analyze the profiles of the candidates you recruit in order to select the best talents.
- Have the legal documents signed with the candidates.
- Have the candidates tested.
- Negotiate their rates.
- Add the linguists to the database.


Skills:

- Well organized, precise
- Able to follow set priorities
- Eager to learn and creative thinker
- Reliable
- Able to work under stressful conditions, pressing deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent command of English
