Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Knowledge of the business process requirements (process, solutions and organization).
• Analyzes process variances and best practices, and contributes to the process alignment between the internal stakeholders and the SSC.
• Implements and improves reporting and quality management in the sub-process.
• Contributes to scoping SSC Support (Capacity, SLA) and defines business benefits.
• Participates on defining SSC KPI’s and on reporting for a specific process, linking SSC operations with business targets.
• Develops and implements approaches for error tracking and correction (quality management).
• Supports SSC Operations to implement quality improvement initiatives.
