2nd Level Network Specialist

The technical role has a wide scope, including executing logical software code upgrades and configuration changes on the backbone network through to card, chassis and cct (Layer1 bandwidth and circuit providers) installations. The candidate should also demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills. There will be a requirement to interface with technical support teams in a planning and change execution capacity, both internal and vendor support.

Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• willingness to relocate to the Czech republic
• Cisco CCNA certification – or the relevant working experience
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience is desirable
• Skilled in TCP/IP and IP routing protocols
• Knowledge and experience of Cisco routers (inc. CRS-1, GSR 12000, RPM-PR, RPM-XFL, 3500, 2900 & 2800)
• understanding associated hardware, software and configurations related to these platforms
