Lead the AP team and be responsible for the cost effective operation and high performance of the accounting and financial reporting processes within the Business Share Center in line with SLAs and BSC key objectives.

Accounting and financial activities
  • Take the ownership of the AP and T&E processes
  • Maintain AP system and Supplier Master Database
  • Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions
both within the BSC and wider organization
  • Review and validate work accuracy and quality of P2P team members
  • Supervise AP cut-off and provide information (accruals...) and analysis

Stakeholder management activity
  • Participate actively in BSC governance at operational level
  • Identify problem areas in the process and collaborate to find solutions

Team management
  • Manage resource allocation in the AP/T&E team to ensure efficient/effective resource
utilization
  • Assist the HR Manager in setting performance measurement procedures for AP
employess
  • Team coaching

Profil kandidáta

Degree in Finance, Economy, Management or Accounting
5+years of accounts payable experience
Team management skills
MS Excel advanced, SAP
English proficiency required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, positive attitude
