Are you the one, that everybody asks for help? Do you always try to find the right solution? If you do, you can do that for our employees as a part of the French HR support team in Prague.

What will you do?
Your task will be to listen to employees queries and help them or give them the right contact to solve their issues. Resolving the issues you will cooperate with other departments. You will also take care about the documentation and agenda connected to this queries.

Profil kandidáta

What do we need?
To communicate with our employees based in France and Belgic you need to be confident in French, however, the communication language in our company is English, you need to be on level B2. You will also put in use your proficient Excel knowledge, you will use it on daily basis along with other Microsoft office tools. Experience from HR, administration, customer care or similar is not required. If you are experienced consider it as your advantage. Your other advantage could be the ability to work shifts.
