Popis pozice

  • work on new version of the application
  • the conversion of tools from the current application written in C# to the new - application written in Javascript (Frontend, React in ES6)
  • after the conversion is done, the team continue to work on the web version of the application and other products in close cooperation with other teams (from the U.S.)
  • developing backbone functionalities for the platform: file storage, social features support, infrastructure for extracting and storing metadata from all kind of data sources - Frontend in React + Redux written in ES6, Backend in NodeJS and Typescript, RabbitMQ as a message broker, PostgreSQL, Microservices architecture
  • developing features for the core component of the application - the engine: fast execution of workflows, built using modern C++ tools and techniques (using Threading, IPC and networking)
  • development for Win/Linux
  • SQL DBs, Bash, Python

Profil kandidáta

  • 4 years of programming experience with web applications
  • substantial experience with Javascript (NodeJS or React+Redux)
  • Typescript as a big advantage
  • willingness to work in an agile environment
  • English equivalent to B2
  • clear criminal record
  • willingness to participate on occasional calls at late hours with US team

Bonus skills:
  • code review experience
  • CI and build experience (Jenkins)
  • experience with RabbitMQ or a similar messaging system
  • experience with Express web framework
