Service Desk Support Representative

Responsibilites:
- As the first contact you will provide prompt solutions to clients by clearly identifying the issue, researching possible solutions, and finally guiding the client through corrective steps
- Escalate cases to support representatives of higher level
- Effectively communicate to the general public, co-workers, and management
Profil kandidáta
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Another language (German/Spanish/French/Dutch/Hebrew) on level B2/C1 will be a huge advantage
- Excellent social skills – the ability to deal with a variety of people is a must
- Interest in Technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work in shifts
