- Provides complete customer service of the passive customer service line
- Is responsible for the E-mail communication with Polish-speaking customers
- Communicates with customers from Poland
- Sets parameters of the products in the internal system based on customer requirements
- Communicates with customers about their retention
- Offers value add services during phone calls
Profil kandidáta
- Fluent Polish a must (able to communicate fluently in Polish)
- Communicative English for internal purposes
- Good communication skills, assertiveness
- Completed secondary education
- Experience with customer support ideal
