About the Job

We are looking for a new member of our IT helpdesk team in Prague. If you are fluent in English and German, have analytical skills, like to help others and are looking for full-time employment, do not hesitate to send us your CV in English.
The Position

You will be in touch with customers who need help regarding technical issues.
You will be working in a nice comfortable office in Prague and from here you will also make phone calls or emails to the customers.
Working hours: Monday-Friday / one-shift system (from 8 am to 5 pm)
Location in Prague 4 (Pankrác) close to metro station

Profil kandidáta

Candidate's profile

German native speaker or C2 certificate
Advanced spoken English (B2-C1 level)
Previous experience in Customer Service (would be an advantage)
Candidates without experience in IT are also welcome – We will provide you full training
